Residents should change their heating/cooling system filters at least twice/year and have the exchanger cleaned at least every 3 years.  Replacement filters for your heat exchanger are available at no charge in the management office M-W-F  from 8 AM - 1 PM and Tue & Thur between 6- 9 PM. Failure to change your filters regularly increases utility cost, wastes energy, and is a health hazzard.
